2025 DEAR Diabetes Educational Lunch featuring Sonya Jones

Metro Community College Fort Omaha Campus

One in ten in our community are living with diabetes and those in our most vulnerable communities have a much higher rate of diabetes.

Your support helps us in providing education and resources to individuals with diabetes.

We are excited you are interested in providing a raffle item for our upcoming event. Thank you for your generous support of DEAR Diabetes and those in our community living with diabetes.

Types of items we have found to be successful include:

*Hotel stays

*Night on the town

*Sporting Events

*Concerts, Plays

*Dinner/Restaurant certificates

*Museums and fun family outings in town or out of town

*Themed baskets (Pet, Kitchen items, Kids, Women/Men's items, Liquor)

*Travel Experiences

As an all-volunteer organization, providing your item at least two weeks in advance allows us adequate time to obtain and package items.
